pizza
This makes enough pizza dough for two
10" pizzas.
Ingredients
½ teaspoon yeast
11oz (300g) strong white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
170ml water
Method
Put into the bread maker and select "pizza dough". It takes about 45 minutes to create dough.
Press out the dough into two 10" circles. I like it thin and crispy.
Prove in a warm place for 10 - 15 minutes. The pizza bases can be frozen at this point.
Add toppings and bake at 220°C/Gas Mark 7 for 15 - 20 minutes.
